Negatives: The feeling of emptiness, looks like this hotel is ran by 2 people, feels like checkin in an automatic place.

Negatives: Employees behind the counter lack hospitality skills.

Negatives: I literally whatever other slept on the street I think I felt safer there. The man who checked me in at the front desk in the evening was very creepy and rude, and really had no business treating me like anyone or anything. I understand that he you know technically did his job, but he also didn’t explain to me that my other not business card for travel would be the authorization hold, which is still holding 560 some dollars on a card that it should not be I use my business card for business travel and I use my personal card for personal travel I’m pretty sure at this point everyone knows how that works so I would look into that. I understand it takes a few days but the fact of the matter is he should’ve asked me which one I preferred instead of assuming and charging me and inconveniencing me it’s not about the money it’s about the principal and the respect.

Negatives: Front desk staff abrupt, not friendly, in a bad location. Not a lot of lively restaurants nearby. Cocktails at bar were undrinkable, food was at best just ok. For the cost we were expecting a more high end experience but the lack of hospitality was a huge negative.

Negatives: I liked everything.

Negatives: The car was stuck in the parking garage twice, once for 30 minutes, because the card entry system doesn’t work. Imagine dealing with hotel staff who try to blame you or the parking company when you cannot get your car out of the garage. Further, the hotel room furniture sucked. Imagine trying to be comfortable on a sofa that was something like 6 inches off the ground. And what was that weird-ass room refrigerator that simply does not conform with items that travelers would put in a refrigerator like bottles or cans of water or wine? It was a refrigerator that people at the international space station would store specimen samples in. Oh, and let’s not forget the hotel room doors , doors that do not fit their frames and so people had to slam or shove or wedge the doors shut at all hours of the night. And let us not forget to mention the Amsterdam-wannabe toilets, toilets intending to save water with their flat-bowls, bowls that also cling on to all the pooh, and the hotel didn’t ever think maybe a toilet brush might be a civil gesture? Given the cost, this hotel was revolting.

Negatives: The only problem I had was the WiFi went out on our first night but was fixed within a couple hours.

Negatives: Front desk wasnt at desk a couple times. Out of umbrellas on a rainy day. Rooms are weirdly lit- cant control lighting for just one bed. Seating is not set-up in a usable location and not comfortable. Air blowing on high constantly by the door. Only one trash can in the toilet/shower room- none by the sink. Cant use the magnifying mirror because the lighting is so poor. A lot of practical needs arent considered in the design.
