The location to the Univ of Minnesota is great, an easy walk to the East Bank campus.
Negatives:
There was a big rainstorm in the middle of the night and rain started pouring in through the closed window. When we called, they said there was nothing they could do, maintenance isn’t there at night. I could just imagine the mold that must be in the carpet as the water just poured in. They only provided 2 towels, though we had 4 people. They said they were out when asked and wouldn’t have any more until people checked out. The beds are small and uncomfortable with weird square pillows. The tub had black mildew/mold and no water pressure.
