Pool was advertised (front desk rep confirmed pics online show there is one) - arrived, no pool nor jacuzzi.

Elevators were not working properly. Rooms had stains all over the floor. Room had broken shower handle. Room 819 has visible black mold from supply vent where AC is.

Location is good. Cookies in the lobby were good. Front staff was friendly.
Negatives:
Room and facilities were unclean, stains on the bedding/furniture/floor. Carpet seems like it's never been cleaned before. We found a take out cup behind the TV which had mold in it. The mattress was a double size on a twin sized box which was very strange (and not very comfortable). Toilet paper dispenser was broken so toilet paper was left in the cupboards.
I had requested room service on our second night but when we returned later in the evening housekeeping had not been there.
Website shows there is parking but when we checked in we were told the parking lot was full and did not have any recommendations as to where else to park, we had to go and find parking elsewhere. The parking lot was a main feature why we chose this hotel and were disappointed to hear it was full with no alternative option recommended to us.
Overall this place is run down for a 4 star hotel, wouldn't recommend staying here and will not be returning.
