Negatives: Water was leaking from ceiling. A/C did not work in our room. We were told to open our windows. The heat and noise from outside kept my family awake most of the night. Upon check in I was told they didn?t have the room I booked.

Positives: Nothing. We left two days early because we couldnt possibly stay here anymore.
Negatives: Unlivable. The toilet broke. Front desk was almost never available. It was extremely difficult to get clean towels. Our room was never clean. This is a 2 star hotel at best. Hilton should not have their name on this property.

Positives: See listed below. They finally told us they cancelled somebody to get us our confirmed suite for 5. Waste of damn time Plus none of the amenities were as the website stated. We should literally get all of our money back
Negatives: We arrived at the hotel, no bar, no shuttle, only had 1 listed for free breakfast, no pool, put 5 of in a (confirmed suite) with 1 bed. When told front staff this is not what we paid for, they told us they could bring pillows, so we sleep on the floor?

Negatives: Heater in room didnt work, has it turned up to 80 and it was freezing. Hotel smelled like weed. Front door didnt work and the lobby had a trash can full of water from the ceiling leaking. Desk clerk scrolling on cell phone and ignored me.

Negatives: Yes, it was dirty. From the low lighting, to multiple stains on the carpet and furniture I was very disappointed. I had issues with the TV's and asked for a new remote and never got one. There was no room service during my stay either.

Negatives: Adding an additional charge for parking should be clearly outlined. Also, I had called twice back to back to determine when check-in was. I was placed on hold for longer than 10 minutes the first time and 5 minutes the second time. Ceiling dripped water.
