Everybody was very pleasant and friendly. They were doing as much as they could despite the trouble the hotel was having with their broken air conditioning.
Negatives:
There was no air conditioning and there were hairs and pills on the floors. We were hot and not provided fans. I’m sure it was tough for employees to do their best work under those conditions, so I understand if things weren’t as clean as usual. Booking also messed up our reservation by booking three rooms instead of one, so the hotel did not have my confirmation code and I had to sit on hold for 30 minutes to get it figured out with a Booking.com representative

Great value. Great location. Came for baseball game. Watched basketball playoffs on big screen down below when got back to hotel.

Steven at the front desk probably would have told someone to Google the layout map of the hotel for a guest to find the way out of the hotel during an active fire. He was astonishingly unhelpful. Not just to me when I was trying to check in, but also to the two different people who walked up to us and asked very reasonable questions. All three of us were to told to Google it ourselves, including my issue with him not being able to find our reservation. After standing there approx 15 min making him be on hold with me and assist me, he finally gave up and really looked in his system and lol and behold actually find our rezzie. One other person was asking about the surrounding area and he was told to Google it and another guest was asking about internet/computer access and if there was a library nearby. Steven said…. You guessed it! ‘google it.’
Also would have been nice if room was cooled when we checked in. Windows were open but it was a warm afternoon!

The air conditioning was out which didn?t end up being a major deal because the rooms were cool with the windows open. However there was no soap in our room when we arrived and the garage situation was complicated

NO AC for my whole stay. They didn't inform me until i asked the front desk why ac is not working. And also the lobby ceiling is leaking.

Positives:
Very Cheap. $75 a person for 2 nights with a 3-bed room. Was in the middle of the city so was cool. Room was comfy and pretty clean.
Negatives:
The gym was very small with only a dumbbell wrack and cardio machines. There was a huge ceiling leak in the lobby which was kinda gross. Breakfast wasn’t included was $18 and was mid at best. There was NO AC! wasn’t allowed to change the thermostat. No free parking. Most of this was known before but the ceiling leak and air conditioning was not told until I made the 6 hour commute. They wouldn’t let me pay online either because they probably thought I would’ve canceled.

Water was leaking from ceiling. A/C did not work in our room. We were told to open our windows. The heat and noise from outside kept my family awake most of the night. Upon check in I was told they didn?t have the room I booked.
