There was no soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion in the bathroom.
Wanted baker parking, waited an hour only to find somewhere else and 3 hours later the same cars were in the same place.
Paid $400 for the room IN ADVANCE, was told they also required a $200 deposit for incidentals…was not in the hotel information and $200 is a joke.

Suites are comfortable, cozy! Bathroom is spacious. The valet is so convenient and the valet staff are so helpful and prompt! Perfect location if you are attending an event at Target Center or Target Field!
Negatives:
Due to being located downtown, the noise level from the roads/traffic outside is high. Even on the 7th floor, we heard car alarms/ horns/ sirens all night.
We stayed at this hotel on a Friday night during a MN Twins game, obviously a lot of guests stayed also, making the lobby very busy and the elevators continuously packed. On Saturday morning about 10am, we waited over 20 minutes for an elevator that wasn't already full! However, staff were very helpful and allowed us to utilize the staff elevator.
