Parking. Because there was a game, we were asked to park in the Riverside ramp. Although we were told it was only a block away, it is actually about half a mile. Normally that would be okay but not ideal. But on this night it was windy and raining heavily. It was an inconvenience and an additional cost. We were told we might be able to have the parking validated. However we had to pay when we entered the lot so we were told there was no way to reimburse us for the parking. It would have been helpful to have that information before we arrived so we could have been prepared rather than confused.

The whole experience was great! The hotel is beautiful. The room was attractive, clean and comfortable. The location on campus was exciting.

there was a power outage due to a storm. they did not communicate well what the status is. then the air conditioning didn’t work all night long. I expect a refund.

The ambience, the chic decor of the lobby and rooms, location is great for all major events in and around the area. The neighbourhood is very nice and we felt safe as we walked around the area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend it and we’ll definitely book the same place when we go back.
Negatives:
The parking is a bit expensive and hope they have microwaves in the rooms.
