First assigned room already had guests in it; 2nd room had water damage on wall with peeling wallpaper and black mold. Not the usual Graduate standard.

The 3 night reservation fee including all taxes was $733.17, however my credit card was charged a total of $774.12 as a hotel check-in fee. I am requesting a refund of the unfair $40.95 fee because it was outside of our agreement and no information was shared.
In addition, a total of $68.34 was overcharged for two stays. I kindly request a refund.

The 2-night reservation price including all taxes was $497.35, but my credit card was charged a total of $524.74 under the hotel arrival fee. I am requesting a refund for the unfair $27.39 charge because it was outside of our agreement and I did not report it early.

Bathroom light would flicker on and off. Was pricey. It was a football weekend so I understood and expected.
