Positives:
We picked the Graduate due to its proximity to the 3M arena for graduation. The location was very clean, perfect and its full of amenities. There's a Walgreens across the street for last minute necessities. Check-in and out was very fast. Outside parking available for $28/day with unlimited in/out.
Negatives:
We weren't aware the hotel lobby was a quiet study destination for students. There was hardly a place for anyone to sit in the lobby (if needed). There's tons of restaurants in the area and a full Starbucks onsite so quite a draw. There's probably more value with other locations but it was windy and raining for our 1 night stay so worth it.

Negatives:
No heat in rooms. None of them. it was snowing outside and we had no heat. It was absolutely miserably cold. Staff did not inform us. And were a little rude about situation.
