After speaking with the hotels customer service and doing research I was under the impression that I could use the skyway to get to the concert I was in town for. Upon arrival I was told it would be closed and I couldn’t use it, but it was only a 15 minute walk from the hotel to the concert. It turned out to be a 25-30 minute walk. The system was down when we got to the hotel so check-in took about 25 minutes. When we got to our room the keys didn’t work so we couldn’t get into the room. After calling customer service they kindly sent someone up with a master key to let us in. Breakfast the next morning was poor especially for the price of this hotel. There were bagels, pastries, bread, yogurt, cereal, waffles, apples, oranges, and hard-boiled eggs. As for the hot food I was very disappointed. It was scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and small biscuits with gravy. All of which were not good. I could not peel the boiled eggs because they were so dry. The coffee was also poor. Prior to check-out a housekeeper walked into our room while we were still in bed. For the price of this hotel I am very disappointed with my experience and would not choose to stay here again.
