location good for downtown but the area surrounding the hotel was a little sketchy. Some homeless outside the doors in the first block. Not sure if i were a single female that i would walk around on my own. also, the street noise at night was loud.....een on the 6th floor

The continental breakfast was very good every morning and nice to have as it saved us a lot of money on breakfast meals that we would have had to have eaten elsewhere if it weren’t included.

A little noisy outside of our window that looked down onto a parking lot where people seemed to loiter 24 hours a day.

Love the location! Right next door to 1st Ave.

The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. It was overpriced. Used to pay around $150/$175 a night here, now it was $226! Not worth that much for no pool or anything other than a basic room. Our room overlooked a dirty parking lot which sounded like a canon went off in it twice the morning we left. And parking should be included in the room cost, especially since they raised the room rate by $50+. We were told by the lot attendant to get a ticket from the hotel to cover parking but that was apparently not how it works. Will find a new hotel to stay at from now on.
