The shuttle to the hospital was excellent and the staff were so friendly and good at their jobs

I was using Google Maps and it does not tell you to stay to the left and take the local streets to get to the hotel so I ended up on 35W down to Lake Street and back up Chicago. I talked to several other guests that they said the first time they came there that happened as well. Maybe contact Google maps and ask them to update their directions

It had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. The restaurant downstairs was fine, though expensive. Close to freeway and downtown.

The only parking was valet parking that had to be paid for. No other parking on or near the property. Otherwise the stay was just fine.

Went to check in and lady asked for my ID and credit card I gave her both and she told me I can't check in cause of the credit card I had. It was a company credit card that they gave us to book our rooms and she denied my stay cause of it. Now I had just got out of work and was dirty cause I'm a blue collar worker and I'm Hispanic, so I sincerely hope that was not the factor that she did not accept me too stay. It was a horrible inconvenience for me cause I traveled 4 hours for work and when I finally wanted to check in and relax I was denied due to using a company credit card.

If you wanted to park you had to pay 35 dollars for valet parking there was no regular parking. Online said breakfast was included but when you got there you had to pay 15 dollars for breakfast. Pool was very cold
