The breakfast was horrible. Was over priced. Everything was microwaved.including the bacon which was still raw. Was the worst breakfast I've had of all of the hundreds of hotels I've ever stayed.

Positives:
The staff were amazing and helpful. They helped with easing our stress after a horrible experience at a different hotel. We checked in a day early after having to leave a hotel in Shakopee late in the evening with 2 young kids tow.
The front desk clerk was swift in getting us checked in, and settled.
The rooms were comfortable and clean. It was also incredibly roomy.
Negatives:
The only negative aspect was lack of secure parking. Overflow is located in a parking lot across from the hotel.

The small underground lot was full and I didn't know it until i got down there and no place to turn around and with a full sized pickup truck it was quite tricky to get out. Had to back out around corners and through overhead doors.
The over flow lot was across the street and the one way streets made it fairly difficult to get to. After parking I had to walk around 2 city blocks to get out because of a huge rocky ditch. Not fun in the rain... $30 a night that's unacceptable

Nice hotel. Clean and upper scale rooms. Comfortable. Suited our needs. Good location.
Negatives:
Pool was tiny! They had computer issues at check in that took an additional 30 minutes before I was finally good to go. I got charged $32.41 to my card that was supposed to only be for a $50 hold for incidentals. Never received a receipt so had no idea what the charge was for. Had to call the hotel and find out I got charged for parking when I was never told about it. In fact, the lady told me I'd get my $50 back at checkout. They refunded the charge so that was nice, but frustrating that I wasn't informed to begin with.
