Positives:
The pool was nice in size and was warm. Everything was very clean and tidy in the hotel.
Negatives:
When booking my stay I put in the notes that I would like conjoined rooms. I also called the hotel twice and was informed that I would be able to have that. Once arriving at the hotel, the front desk woman was rude and informed me that she did not have conjoined rooms. But could have both of my rooms I booked on the same floor for 20$ as well as 15$ in tax extra on each room. When I asked her why she had no conjoined rooms she said she didn't have any in the disabled rooms. I informed her that I just wanted two rooms right next to each other.
I ended up paying over 1000 for two rooms on the same floor instead of what I booked and paid for, over 200$ more then what it should have been.
When arriving to the room our fridge had a horrible smell. When I booked the hotel I was informed that there was a continental breakfast provided, when looking for it and was informed that it is extra to eat!
The beds were slanted and had no fitted sheet, the stay at this hotel was horrendous. I will never say at a Hilton or have anyone I know stay there ever again.
