We had to wait 1.5 hours to check in and we’re almost late getting to the concert that we were in town for. Only one staff member working the front desk. Then when we got back at 11:45pm our keys didn’t work. Apparently there had been a mix up with the new staff member and our room had almost been given away.

The site advertised "2 Queen Beds" but what they did not mention was that one of the beds was a pull out couch that we had to set up ourselves. Also the one day that they cleaned our room, they did not even make this pull out couch "bed" so that was disappointing for the price

I like it the gal who handled the continental breakfast was amazing and the poor guy behind the desk when I checked in was pretty calm and cool and collective considering he was in the middle of chaos

I came down there with a friend see a concert and it was total chaos when we got there the valet parking was screwed up beyond belief and once we did get our vehicle put away it was almost a 3-hour wait in line to get checked in we missed half of our event that cost us a lot of money
