The property itself was beautiful. However the room was like a cave, only one window and the curtain couldn’t be open due to being 20 feel from the office building next door. Even with all the interior light on, it was not bright enough to read without eye strain. Barely opening the curtains left me face to face with a desk worker in the office building. Bathroom was large and included a shower and tub. Everything seemed to have a hidden price tag on it.

Everything seemed to have a hidden price tag. We were informed at check in that they were pulling an additional $75/ night for incidentals. This was not mentioned in the email we received on booking or the email we received prior to our stay. As a hotel manager for 3 years, I’ve never heard of a hotel actually removing funds from an account at check in for “incidentals.” The location was cashless, which again, we did not find out until check in. We ended up leaving after one night due to the extra funds locking being pulled locking out our account. After check out we discovered that we had been charged an additional $52 (on top of everything else charged with no warning) for valet parking that we did not even use. It took us nearly a half an hour of arguing with the desk staff for them to bring in a valet to confirm that our car was not and had never been in the valet area. Someone else’s parking had been applied to our room.
There are far better options within blocks of this property. I suggest avoiding this one.

Positives:
i liked the space. very clean, very comfortable. The water worked perfectly. I loved the fridge and how cold everything got quick. I loved the wedding area that I was in. It was just so nice.
Negatives:
well, I didn’t like the fact that I booked a room online and I seen pictures and I booked the room. I want it exactly and at first they gave me a small room. It was really small and it was nothing compared to what I had asked for I have to go all the way downstairs to get a new room which I end up getting it even better. I’m not complaining, but if the pictures are accurate, I don’t want to see it.
