The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very well appointed, particularly the bathroom with a separate walk in shower (I dislike showers in baths).
Negatives:
The A/C was noisy, we had to turn it off to sleep.
The TV was not a smart TV (pretty standard nowadays) but did offer a good range of channels.
