Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I have never been to the Minneapolis area before (I had several mishaps with parking and not accounting for certain fees) and the lovely people who worked the front desk were so kind and helpful, they really calmed my and my daughters anxiety of being out of our comfort zone. The food at their restaurant was also top notch, would 100% recommend.

Bed was comfy, bathroom very spacious and the bath was relaxing.
Negatives:
Would of liked some bath accessories like a bath bomb or something that I could purchase. No channel guide for the T/V so had to click through the channels. Also the menu needs to be updated and a little more care needs to be put in for the eating experience to the rooms. I ordered oatmeal, it came in a to go plastic container... also in was some really bad maple syrup when the menu says you get cream and brown sugar. I get that this place is probably meant for business people, but ask if you want your food to go. If not present a meal in a way that is welcoming to a good day. You eat with your eyes first then taste it. Overall it was a good experience, but I could have paid less for that at a holiday inn...

Positives:
The staff was amazing. Room service was fast. Front desk always there when we needed something. They even go above and beyond. I forgot a phone charger and one of the valet workers let me borrow one! The bathroom was huge with a great mirror for me to do my makeup! 10/10 all around.
Negatives:
Nothing id change! The rooms were excellent, in unit temp control. Loved it.
