The ability to adjust the room
Temperature is not very good. We actually
Called the front desk about it and they said they could
adjust it but it just wasn’t right - probably hard in an older hotel

Positives:
The Inn is a gorgeous historical building, with spacious rooms and Ace, the man at the front desk, was very polite.
Negatives:
I was charged the heritage fee twice- once through booking.com and once at the desk- and then as I was leaving, I was informed there was a $60 pet fee. If this fee was properly advertised anywhere online, I would not have stayed here. I was there for less than 12 hours, my small dog was extremely polite, and we left the room very tidy. I don’t think it was fair to be charged $85 more than what was advertised.
