In a line to check in at 2:40. Was charged $25.00 per room (2rooms) to check in 20 minutes early. Or get in back of the line to check in at 3:00. We drove 5 hours to get there. I called ahead of time to check on parking. Was told yes they have parking. At check in I was told there were no parking spots left. Had to drive around looking for a place to park overnight. Definitely OVERPRICED & I would NOT stay again!

The location is great and the staff was helpful.
Negatives:
The room felt damp— like the bedding felt damp, like it was humid or something akin. And the tv didn’t work. Lastly, the toilet had not been cleaned. Parking was expensive in a ramp.

it was convenient for we were in town for a concert.

The toilet the flusher stuck, we did mention to the front desk when we checked out. The Tv worked but we were not able to watch any Tv. The parking at the hotel we were not able to reserve a spot in hotel parking until we checked in, Which we ended up parking in a parking ramp down the street. We would of liked to of been able to park at the hotel when we reserved a room for we were in town for a concert and parking was chaotic.

Nice location. Easy access to the freeway. Very clean room.
Negatives:
Before I booked this location I called to ensure they had parking. Upon check in was informed they were out of parking. I had to park in the event parking garage next door and it was $72 for parking there. The guy at the desk during check in was rude and acted like we were bothering him by being there. The wall paper was coming off in the bathroom. The hallway to the room has a bad smell.

The add did not say that there was no onsite parking and that you had to deal with parking ramps several blocks away nor do they help with the cost from the parking ramp. So bottom line is this is not a special needs or handicap hospitable property!
