I loved the architecture of the building itself, the decor of the lounge areas, and the antique doors. The hotel room was larger than expected, and there were 2 double sinks. The smart tv in the room was super easy to connect to. There was free lemon lime water at the front desk. The Concierge/Hotel Staff were happy to help after there was an issue with making sure if the room was ready or not and made the situation right. I appreciated their promptness in the matter. Solely because of that I would book again.
Negatives:
The a/c in our room not working and was a warm 74 degrees our whole stay, they did bring a fan which helped. Maybe my next stay that won’t be the case. Also I check for bed bugs at all the hotel rooms I stay at and the bed frame it self was a little dustier than I expected it to be when the mattress was lifted but other than that no issues, everything else was clean! This place did not have microwaves in the room or lobby unfortunately.

I liked that the hotel was within walking distance of a lot of the local restaurants we went to. The parking was also ideal as it was located right next to the hotel location. The bed was super comfortable and we loved how quiet it was in our room! It didn’t seem like we were staying in a large city due to the soundproofing!
Negatives:
The staff was friendly for the most part, but on our first night I called down to the front desk and asked if they had a soda machine and was hung up on, which I didn’t appreciate.

That I didn't get my Marriott points; The front desk person said he tied my reservation to my Marriott account but my points never hit my account. Very disappointed that Booking.com prevented me from getting my points. I will not be using Booking.com again unless this is resolved.
