Location, room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable
Negatives:
Our air conditioner didn't run and we were unable to open/Crack a window for any air movement so it got pretty warm and uncomfortable. For the price of the room that was pretty frustrating.
Also times posted on the website and throughout the hotel for restaurant hours were inaccurate. We went to have breakfast at the time it was posted that the restaurant opened and we were turned away.

They did not change bed linen during 3 nights.. hotel was very cold, room air conditioner can not heat room. I forgot my money(turkish lira) in room, I sent 2 times (1 of before stay) message from booking and no one can not answer it. I tried to send email to info@randtowerhotel.com but my email can not reach you due to your security system. You have to answer your customers.

This hotel clearly cannot be recommended.
We booked breakfast included. But instead we got a voucher in the amount of 18 USD per person. For this 18 USD virtually you do not get anything. On the first morning we a small breakfast and we had to pay 36 USD extra.
The next morning we only ordered a croissant. This croissant was 14 USD, with tax and mandatory gratuity it was 18,40 USD. So for the voucher you do not get even a croissant.
And on top: even for the amount that you pay with the voucher they charge tax and gratuity.
That s extrem fraud.
And the staff at the reception was not very helpful.

Being very sensitive to scented products (migraine trigger), it would be great if no deodorizer was used in the room. Thankfully the industry has adopted unscented laundry products on linens and towels.

Fantastic location for accessing Target Field, Uptown, the University of Minnesota, and quick access to the freeway if you want to venture to other areas of town.
Negatives:
Parking is expensive, but you can find a city lot that is attached via the skywalk and much more affordable.
