Positives: Great facility with a wonderful bed.
Negatives: I requested a crib for my baby, but it just came on the following day (after following up twice with staff). The crib was dirty. There was breakfast cereal and a water bottle under the crib mattress. After complaining with manager we received a clean crib. Only managers were helpful. Regular staff seemed not wanting to help and looked us from bottom to top.

Positives: The only thing good was how clean the hotel was and that it was in a good location. however, I will not give it even 2 stars for the bad amenities supply, housekeeping, or even the behavior and response of the staff.
Negatives: No shampoo, no body wash, no water, no beverage in the fridge, and we asked for it, they brought a small 15ml bottle of shampoo and they said body wash we don't have in stock!! no refill of water, no housekeeping only every three days!! they didn't even clean the room when we were out. Breakfast is a disaster compared to its price, and the behavior of the staff is horrible, especially on the night shift. Even the review on Google Maps said "If you want to talk it over, then call the manager!! " LIKE I DON'T CARE AND WILL NOT CARE!!
