Positives:
The hotel room was large and fairly clean
Negatives:
Staff was rude. When I checked I asked if there was a place to fill up a water bottle the check in person was really rude about it and did not answer my question. The room also did not have an iron when I called down, they said they fix it (they didn?t).

Nice staff. Good bedding and spacey room. Quiet room perfect for sleeping.

The hotel experience was fine. Nice staff when we were there and rooms were clean.
Negatives:
I was charged by booking.com for my stay and the hotel charged me again for my stay. So I was charged for two nights when I only stayed one. I tried to call and follow up and was told I would be called back once things were resolved. I was never called back and can’t reach anyone regarding this issue.
