The breakfast was great...You could make a waffle or grab something light. the location was perfect...Right across the street from Mall of America. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and how well stocked the room was with pillows and towels.
Negatives:
The only thing I could think of is more parking. But I managed to get a good spot the couple nights that I stayed. No other complaints. The staff and area were great and I would highly recommend.

No consideration for gluten and dairy sensitive guests
Negatives:
Loud banging pipe noises every 2 minutes coming from wall behind toilet. Noisy hallway doors banging closed. Noisy ice maker in hallway. Couldn't sleep. Even with ear plugs. Had to switch rooms in the middle of night to try to get some sleep. Beds have a much larger wooden base than the size of the mattress which mean a wicked wack to your shins/knees in the middle of the night. Don't bother requesting one (or even 2) wake-up calls so that you won't be late to your early morning flight...they won't call after saying they would.

Need to be considerate of those with gluten and dairy allergies.
Negatives:
Couldn't sleep...paper thin walls with little to no sound dampening. Had to listen to everyone's door slamming closed, the ice maker, the screaming child(ren) through the night, the obnoxious air mattress pump (?) at midnight that went on for about 20 minutes, not to mention the ridiculously loud airplanes.
Also, when we arrived for check in, it took 15-20 minutes to find someone to help us check in. And why were we charged $30 for parking? No where was that mentioned in the booking information.

The hotel was very clean. They are obviously well staffed here because we were always seeing workers cleaning the lobby, halls or rooms. The front desk was efficient and friendly. TV made the kids happy since it had more streaming options. Very close to the Mall of America and five minutes from the airport (which is a good and bad thing—very loud planes would wake me up). That being said,great hotel but don’t expect a restful sleep. Thin walls. And don’t get near the ice machine. Seriously I could hear the neighbors’ conversations, words on their TV, and their alarms going off. I have stayed near airports around the world but never felt like the planes were landing in my room. If it wasn’t for this I would have given it a 10 but have to be honest.
