Kids baseball teams everywhere. Parents sitting around outside talking loudly and drinking and not supervising children. We wanted to sit outside and relax and children were running around screaming, throwing things into the pond at ducks and running around.

The room and rate I booked through Booking.com did not come through to your reservation software and while I showed my receipt with the room and rate I booked, the reception did not want to honor it until I pushed back a bit harder. It was awkward and uncomfortable. The room we ended up w didn’t have bedding for sofa bed - which was explicitly clear that we needed and the room the bed had candy in it - clearly not cleaned from last guest.
