Leaking bathroom faucet, the noise from pool was loud, people outside door woke me up at 5am. My special requests were confirmed but not honored. I asked to be given upper floor room away from elevators/ice machines. I was given 1st floor in front of pool.
The cost of pantry items are unreasonably up charged. No freezer in fridge and no microwaves. I had to heat up soup and carry boiling hot containers through hotel to my room. When I tasted the soup the noodles were stale and inedible. It was expensive.
We had 4 rooms this weekend as we were visiting family.

Booked and paid for breakfast included. However, both the breakfast restaurant and the front desk staff said they “NEVER” have breakfast included with a room. The front desk staff went as far as to say that Booking.com “LIES” about it. However, I’ve never encountered a problem with any other Booking.com reservation. I think the problem is with the hotel. Be warned! Also, the entire property—from the front lobby to our room on the far side of the hotel—stunk of chlorine from the indoor pool. The horrible chlorine smell was everywhere! Yuck!
