Desk Registration Staff were responsible, apologetic and helpful.
Negatives:
Smoke odor throughout the room, on bedding, LONG, LARGE spider webs in corners, above window, on air ventilation unit and traveling to the floor lamp. We were exhausted. Each room the manager tried to relocate us too had the same issues. The place was disgusting. Gave my granddaughter a panic attack and three of us had to use our asthma inhalers.
