Staff was rude, we called the front desk for help with zero answer. Had to go down and request extra blankets only to be met with rude answers and no blankets. How does a hotel run out of blankets?

I liked how comfortable our room was, the fact that our Sheltie could be with us, the breakfast, etc. The staff were always so friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The first couple of nights we were there it was a bit noisy with children running up and down the hallway, sometimes squealing or crying with parents that would yell at them on occasion. We thought about calling the front desk but about that time it stopped.

The waterpark seemed old/dark. There were pieces chipping off the inside of the pool, not enough tubes and some tubes deflating. Not allowed any drinks in the pool, even if it is a coffee or water from the hotel/vending machines in the hotel. The ac unit outside our room, was broken so it squeaked and squealed all night. The hotel website states “breakfast available” but no where on there states there will be a surcharge, so just be weary you will receive a $40 or more bill to have breakfast.
