Had an issue with super 8 on an extra day stay was disappointed on my reservation. Called super 8 to reserve an extra day and paid over the phone. Once I got my receipt for the room they charged me $53.83 taxes for one day. When questioned the front desk. They said I got the room thru price line. I showed them the number I called. It was super 8 she said not our number. I called it she answered So wasn’t true. She asked who I talked to I said a man. She said did you know his name. I said his would I know was over a month ago or more. I never talked to booking.com or Priceline for the on extra night. Staff a told me they wouldn’t take info credit card over the phone. The phone rang and she did take over the phone a credit card. She told me I would need to take up with corporate.

Room was not ready at check-in, but that was not a problem, as we were not in a hurry, but staff was very pleasant and accommodating, giving us updates and allowing us to use the breakfast room to eat our lunch. They really went out of their way to make sure that that slight delay was acceptable. The rooms were large, clean, beds were very comfortable and so are the pillows.i

that day they were understaffed, so we understood about the room wasn’t quite ready. So do not want to make a judgment call on that since it could have been just that day.
