location was good that's one of the reasons we booked.
Negatives:
we asked to be in a room that was convenient for us as we are both in our late 70s. The room was at the opposite end of the front desk where it would of been easy to unload our 3 days worth of stuff. I was directed to park in a parking garage so we went in door and could not find our room. Ended up parking near a door that was close to the room but involved steps which I specified I didn't want as we both have trouble with steps. Two night we had issues getting into the room, There was no microwave which even a Motel 6 has. We chose this place as we wanted something much
than a redroof or motel 6. The cost was $624 for 3 nights which include our small poodle. The place was very disappointing for the cost.

I asked two different staff about their pet policy and was told it was completely refundable charge. Then was charged $25 per night for my pet after check out. I called to inform them of this and they did nothing.

Our room needs major updating and new carpet. There was a huge red stain on the carpet floor and walls in the bathroom need a major wipe down.

Off the bat when we checked in, the staff did not give us any information. Not where to find parking, fitness center, pool, breakfast, or anything. We hit the pool right away and the hot tub was not very hot and the whirlpool aspect was not working. The stairwell we used to get back up to our room reeked of urine. Then we could not get back in our room, which happened several times after. The key card would seem to work and the door would make an unlocking sound but not open, taking lots of tries. The water in our shower did not get above lukewarm but was mainly cold. The AC in the room is not great and the front desk was out of fans. Lastly, our room was by the back and fitness center entrancewhich you did not need a key card to enter, which I have never encountered at a hotel before, that you can just walk right into a back door. I travel to this area a few times a year and will make sure to book elsewhere. Huge disappointment given the price
