We liked nothing about this hotel.

We got to the hotel in hopes of swimming and sitting in the hot tub. The heater in both did not work the time we were there. Our room smelled like wet mold. At first, when I complained, the lady was going to ask for compensation. Until they noticed we booked through booking. To be honest, what does that have anything to do with it? Customer service was so rude to us. Upon leaving the hotel, the man at the counter got in the face of a customer . Waving his finger at her, he said she was rude. Why because she had legit reason's to be upset. APPARENTLY, SHE WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE HOTEL EITHER AND THE SERVICE. I will not recommend this place to know one, and we will NEVER EVER RETURN . To top it off, they are a cashless place. All we had was cash. None of these things were known to us! This was for our anniversary celebration. We called booking to complain and never have we complained before. The only thing good was that the bed was comfy. The lighting in the room was very poor. THE ROOM AND HALLWAYS WERE DIRTY. THERE WAS AN INCH THICK OF DUST ON THE LEDGES. WE SEEN ONE HOUSEKEEPER THE WHOLE STAY.

The eggs, the oatmeal, and the potatoes were very good. The coffee was excellent. The service was prompt and courteous. We enjoyed our stay. So much so we've booked another night there.
Negatives:
Guests cannot access the exit doors from outside other than through the lobby. We went to take a walk from an exit by our room and ended up having to walk around the building to get back in. Also, one of the keypads to get in on the side of the building by the lobby demagnetized my room card.
