I had customer service reach out, and I replied to her and explained a few of the things that were missing and broken and unchecked in my room and explained that it made the stay inconvenient. I have any going to say anything.
There were missing items in the shower, the blow dryer didn’t work, the chain to the window blinds (the heavy blackout one) was broken so I couldnt let any sunlight in and the TV wouldn’t connect to the internet. It was a bad morning.
The customer service lady OFFERED to discount my room … I checked my bank account … and rather than get a discount, I was charged $50 more than I booked the room for. $253 for a single bed in a room that didn’t have have the amenities it said it would. It made the stay not very nice.

It was clean and the rooms were large enough for our family to move around in.
Negatives:
The neighbors to our room were distributive, loud, and using drugs on site. The staff said they’d take care of it. Several complaints were made and others families left. We also ended up leaving at midnight because the room was not settling down.

Cleanliness of the hotel is what I liked most. It is really well maintained versus the hotel across the parking lot.
Negatives:
My toilet was broken. The tank did not fill and when I reported it to the front desk they put in a service call but no one every came to fix it. I was there for 2 1/2 days. It was tough functioning without an operable toilet.
