Cleanliness of the hotel is what I liked most. It is really well maintained versus the hotel across the parking lot.

My toilet was broken. The tank did not fill and when I reported it to the front desk they put in a service call but no one every came to fix it. I was there for 2 1/2 days. It was tough functioning without an operable toilet.

Missing sheets for the pull out, no desk coverage during the evening so I couldn't get what I needed.

the location was perfect for us - the lobby was lovely, it had free breakfast, the bed was comfortable, the room was very well furnished with kitchenette amemities.
Negatives:
The first room the thermostat was broken, we purposely had next door rooms so I could take care of my elderly mother - but we ended up having to move to another floor to get a working thermostat. The room and halls were marginally clean.

Friendly desk staff, good location, kitchen area was very nice.
Negatives:
Room was fine. But carpet seemed a bit dirty in our room as did the sofa. Time to update those. Breakfast eggs were tough.

We had my daughters birthday party sleepover there and it exceeded our expectations

Mattress too soft, like almost all American hotel mattresses. Either worn out am due for replacement or get actual firm mattresses!!

The room was nice. Everything else was a miserable experience.

The staff was very rude and disrespectful when we mentioned how the elevators were not working properly and tried to argue with us about it. My boyfriend recently had back surgery and the reason we chose this hotel was location and because of the fact we didnt need him to use the stairs. And he had to use them multiple times which was extremely horrible on his back. This was also a work trip for me so I was incredibly tired after an 11 hour work day and having to climb a bunch of stairs with heavy boxes was miserable. When we called to talk about the elevators, they kept saying manager was on lunch break for hours and hours and never called back the next day which is quite sad. I would recommend finding different hotel if you plan on staying in the Plymouth area.
