Negatives: The staff came into our room at 3am, claiming the room should be vacant. We told her we had checked in at 5pm that day. She told us we never checked in. After that, she said she called my cell but didn’t answer. I didn’t answer because she called at midnight and 1:30 am, I was asleep. She never called the room or knocked on the door. After we told her we did indeed check in, she stated the other staff must’ve not checked us in. No apologies, just attitude.

Negatives: Place was run down. Carpeting in the hallways need serious cleaning. Furniture in my room was was comfortable, but very worn.

Negatives: Hall was very dirty. Other occupants were very noisy, next door and above. Walls are thin.

Negatives: I never received a key for my room and therefore could not access my room without waiting for a staff person. Totally unacceptable. The room key maker was broken.

Negatives: Some moderate damage in room and hallways. Kind of a run down place inside.

Negatives: The layout was perfect but the cleaning staff never came once throughout our week stay. We asked several times for clean towels, toilet paper and for the garbage to be removed from our rooms and still no cleaning crew came to our room.

Negatives: The room was filthy and had a bad sour milk smell. The hallways stenches of cigarette smoke. Staff was not very tentative

Negatives: None of they room keys work I had to keep going down stairs and getting new keys and then after awhile some of them look at you like it’s your fault and the others just say they keep getting the complaint or they doors old then the room itself they had one dry towel no body towel no hand towel then removed covers snd the sheets are dirty and they keep saying they swear they can clean like you guys shouldn’t even be putting them on bees with stains I asked the housekeeper for sheets towels etc still waiting for her to get back to my room ended up buying a air mattress they allow all guest to let they dogs walk around freely one lady had 3 dogs and let them jump on my 2 year old and the front desk response was we allow dogs here like what does that have to do with them jumping on the guest and not being on a leash like rather you allow dogs is neither here or there in the state of MN they are suppose to be on leashes and you guys are okay with it and this stupid app not letting add my videos

Negatives: long term trap motel with thrash throughout the hallways

Negatives: We didn’t get to stay, about an hour before we were going to check I received a call from the front desk staff saying they are unable to accommodate us due to guests wanting to extend their stay. A days notice would’ve been better, I would have looked for other accommodations.
