Negatives: Toilet is not clean, bath is squeaking

Negatives: I didn't like that the room was not ready/cleaned upon arrival when I arrived 2 hours after check in. I didn't like that the toliet did not work and I was given a plunger to fix it.

Negatives: When I walked in there were some questionable people who may or may not have been on drugs. The two young people working had their large dog with them. He preceded to poop while I was checking in. He also got out while they were showing me how to work my door and he came after one of my dogs. He might have just wanted to play, but my dogs seemed scared. My key card didn’t work 3 times and then they had to come inspect the door which is when they told me that I just needed to push the door in slightly and move the key up and down quickly. My door did not work. The key card did not register unless you finagled it in just the right way. I asked for a new room, so they walked me down another hall that smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I told the girl I could not stay in a room that smelled like that because I have allergies. She told me everyone smokes right outside that side of the building. The property is supposed to be non smoking. There are signs everywhere that say no smoking inside and no smoking within 30 feet of an entrance. There is an area right next to a door that had so many cigarette butts on the ground and all sorts of trash like beer cans etc. The girl told me that all the other rooms honestly smell like weed. She preceded to take me down a different hall to show me another room. She opened the door and I could smell it immediately and she said “ew that’s smells like cat pee! Never mind!” I then told her I would just take the room with the door that I had to jimmy the lock to get in. Once I got into the room, the bathroom fixtures had rust all over them and the towels were dirty with hair and stains. While I was checking for bed bugs, I found stains on the sheets. My two very small dogs found a beer bottle cap somewhere on the floor that could have been dangerous if they swallowed it. We left immediately in the morning. On my way to the new hotel, one of my dogs threw up. It was nasty toenails that he must have eaten in that hotel room.

Negatives: No soap or conditioner in dispenser. No extra pillows in room. Had to get extra pillows at desk.

Negatives: Cleanliness of the whole hotel. Room was passable but not as clean or undamaged as it should be. I would gladly pay more if the room was cleaner and in better repair. Everything in the hotel was kind of run down sadly, like we were staying in the bad part of town.

Negatives: Our room faced the freeway and you could always hear the traffic. Some of the furniture appeared a bit worn.

Negatives: Very thin blanket needed to sleep with jacket on. Only 1 towel for shower. The Latina cleaners were
