One family with children running in the hallway for 2 hours. Voiced concerns to front desk but they were unable to get family to be considerate of other travelers. Even addressed family individually

This hotel was very close to Mayo Clinic. The amenities that were offered were outstanding. So clean and bright. Check in was exceptional and the woman was so warm and eager to help.
