We liked the breakfast AND the cleanliness.

We would have liked a more comfortable reading chair, instead (or in addition to) the desk chair.
Positives:
It was clean and quiet at night. A little noisy during the day as a parking lot was being built across the street and there was heavy equipment running.
Negatives:
We were not aware we would have to pay for parking our car even though it never left the garage. We used the shuttle to Mayo Clinics 8/10 of a mile away. No shopping in area.

Mediocre value/service for the price: (noise in hall outside room each morning and evening due to poor construction - extra fee to park - multiple staff members were unresponsive in resolving guests' issues when the staff could have resolved the concerns).
My shower left water on the bathroom floor and the room cleanliness was lacking so I paid more on the weekend night of the 3 night visit but returned to a room that had not been cleaned or restocked. The staff wouldn't attempt to remedy the situation other than to hand me new towels. I spent that last evening with wet towels strewn on the floor as my patchwork remedy for the hotel's problem that they wouldn't fix after they charged me more for that night's stay.
While I was at the front desk raising my concerns another guest was there asking for quiet outside their door. I'd been having the same concern on my floor but didn't bring it up.
The next morning, another guest was at the front desk upset that the dogs in the next room kept her awake all night and the staff had not responded to her requests for quiet.
