Everything was very minimal. We heard they are selling and the current owners aren’t taking steps to fix or keep property up. Kiddy pool was closed which was one of the reasons we chose this property for our grandchild. Little store by front desk was completely empty. Breakfast was not as advertised, eggs & sausage only besides a few bagels and some cereal, creamer was gone on 2nd day. Sheets barely fit bed, remote didn’t change the channel on tv, soft spots in the floor. It’s wasn’t bad enough to change hotels but definitely not the stay we hoped for especially with reviews that we looked over ahead of time.

There were water stains everywhere. The fridge did not work. The air conditioning barely worked in the 90 degree weather. The kiddie pool was closed. The shower barely worked-very little water coming out.

There were a few things I did not like about the property number one the outside was unkept, and all the trash cans were overflowing number two. None of the staff were wearing uniforms number three although the room was clean and felt like the hotel was having money issues.

The towels looked too old and I found some black hair on two of them. Also, the soap bars were already opened. I don’t know if someone used them before or that is something the cleaning lady practices at this hotel.
