Positives: It was a terrible experience that ended with me having to sleep in my car. There was no notice on website that the entire hotel was under construction and the property ran out of keycards and was unable or unwilling to issue me a room

Negatives: I tried to get my money back and was told it would be two weeks before it would be back in my account. I had spent my last on a unavailable room and your staff couldn’t understand English enough to find me a suitable alternative

Positives: I don't know what I like I couldnt have my gf check in and didn't even get my refund that is not how you handle business I will be seeing to this matter and action will be taken mark my words I am not happy how both how it was dealt with and the outcome. you call yourself a professional business smh!!

Negatives: staff at front desk treated my girlfriend very poorly and was rude to her after telling her that her sms dog could not join her in the hotel, even tho in the add prior to booking it said animals welcome. but beside that the front desk girl continued to be rude and hostile towards my girlfriend. ontop all that I could not even get my 3 nights that I payed for returned to me what a joke!

Negatives: People and kids running up and down the staircase rattling the exterior wall very annoying for a few hours floor was filthy nasty socks and bare feet turned black the ice machine wasn't working tv remote was really cheesy and time on the TV was off by an hour and 4 minutes the front desk clerk made everything comfortable
