Positives: Outlets near the bed. Bed was comfortable. Wifi availability
Negatives: Shower leaked in exterior hose, Had to unplug the light to plug in the microwave. TV had interrupted service, kept stopping and starting, on ALL CHANNELS so had to be the internet connection. Outlet by the sink would not hold anything plugged into it. If you lifted the item you plugged it, it fell out of the outlet.

Positives: I'm always given my accommodation that I request. The room is always clean and ready to go when we enter... cooled (summer stay) and easy to access.
Negatives: Sorry, this time we had a problem with the people next door, they were loud and obnoxious. The noise finally stopped around midnight and started again at 7 AM. There is a locked adjoining door and the kids kept playing with the door... I went over to the door and said quite down or the front desk will be called... quieted for a little bit.

Positives: The breakfast was great!! Lots of variety of food and drinks. Excellent customer service!!! Extra clean room, ultra comfortable bed and clean bathroom/ shower!!
