We've stayed there several times,the rooms are always clean and quiet. The staff is always friendly!
Negatives:
The air conditioner was very noisy and going off and on all night. The bathroom light stayed on way too long and we were unable to shut it off.

Convenient location to access various destinations in city and to east; location was quiet; free parking!
Staff very friendly
Room was spacious and comfortable for 3 adults; the electronic sun shade and black out shade were a nice feature and easy to use
We used the gym, which was small but decent; we walked/ran from hotel to nice park with trails very close by
Loved the 24 hour water bottle filling station with still and sparkling options
Negatives:
Breakfast was OK - limited to instant oatmeal for our vegan crew - and not sure the non vegans in our family would have been very thrilled by it. Coffee very weak.
Though this didn't bother us, it might be helpful for others to know that there are no restaurants or stores nearby. The nearest minimart was closed every night we drove by (~10pm).

Soap dispenser fell off the wall ( it was not installed correctly). There were finger prints on most the counter tops (were counter tops even wiped off by cleaning staff?) The iron and case were salt marked (who checks out your rooms after cleaners and before guest check in?)
