Very clean & spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast, pool area was extremely clean and water was warm. Awesome big lobby that was well decorated with 24/7 good coffees Staff was very friendly. Property was right across from our venue.

The water stopped working middle of bath (getting kid ready for event) with soap in her hair. Then water stopped working before dinner, kid needed to wash her hands. Water didn’t work. Shower didn’t work. Toilet didn’t flush. It kept going in and out. Water pressure was low. Made it scary for any of us to want to shower / bath in the event it stopped working in the middle of it. The remote didn’t work for TV. Had to use manual. Took a video of water not working, faucet, bath and toilet.
