Our floors were very sticky, as if too much soap was used in the mop solution. Everything else seemed clean, just sticky floors were off-putting. Also the smell of marijuana was prominent in the very front lobby/ front door area as well as our floor’s hallway.

Great location and beautiful property.
Negatives:
The front desk staff was not helpful and made the stay unpleasant. The hotel charged an incidental fees and the entire room fee the day before checkout. The room was paid in full through Booking.com prior to arrival and the Hyatt staff charge the room and incidentals again. Still waiting for resolution and refund.

A classy and comfortable place...
Positives:
Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Located conveniently close to the train station. Reasonably priced. A short walk north is a bar called The Bulldog with great food.
Negatives:
The view from the fifth floor is impeded by a brick wall on the inaccessible balcony. Low water pressure in the shower. While close to the train station, the location is a bit far from everything if you're without a car.
