Positives:
It is my favorite hotel in the twin cities. It is perfectly located for amtrak travel, the rooms are big and modern, with a comfortable seating area and huge windows. I have never used the pool.
Negatives:
The staffing feels semi-formal. It isn't as if they don't care, it is as if they are all just support staff for the booking computer

Positives:
It was very convenient for getting around on the bus/metro lines, and very easy to get to from the train station. The breakfast they served there was great. Lots of options.
Negatives:
The toilet in my room was clogged and not fixed during the day like they told me it would be, but they gave me a plunger and were willing to move me to a different room if that didn't work (it did, fortunately). It was a minor issue, really, and not something that would deter me from staying there again.

Negatives:
Parking, location, and rentals. I didn’t realize there were apartments also. It was confusing trying to check in.
Also allot of homeless in the area!

Positives:
The room was great. The bed was comfortable. We loved the super high ceilings!
Negatives:
They ran out of oatmeal and coffee for awhile during breakfast, fortunately they brought out more coffee, but never made more oatmeal. A staff member kept saying they would bring more oatmeal out, so it was a little frustrating.

Positives:
beautiful building, with high ceilings in the room. it is walking distance from the Xcel energy arena.
Negatives:
only drawback was parking. it was expensive if you choose valet, and if you don't it's a few "pay as you go" parkades across the street.
