I booked on booking. Com, had reservations and confirmation. came from Montana to MN. A 11 hr drive. Get there and I was absolutely exhausted. Front desk person asked for IDs and credit card information. He remembered me from my prior visits. But all of a sudden. He looked up and said he'd be right back but the assistant so called manager came up and looked at him. pointed at the screen. And then all of a sudden there's no rooms available. So my response definitely is.... what shit show, and a bunch of shady clowns running it

I went to check in and was not told about a deposit when I called prior to booking on Booking.com and did not stay after going in to check in. Was told I would get a full refund theovernught front desk lied and marked me as a no show and I am still trying to get the refund I was told I would get for not being thorough in the details. The front desk does not answer the phone or emails are not answered either
