The hard bed and also the fact that you only get 35.00 limit for breakfast and it was me and my husband and we had to split it. If anything it should be 35.00 per person and there’s nothing cheap on the menu so you end up paying more anyways

Negatives:
Lost our reservation and we showed our confirmation and they “found” a room for my family.
Food was great but wait staff was less ideal. Table of 12 and they only took orders for 6 and left the others to have their orders taken 30 minutes later.
Property was amazing but service staff needs to be elevated to a higher standard.
