Love the rooms; comfort of the beds; our coffee maker didn't work and the front desk sent someone ride it immediately; service from the valets to the front desk to the hostess in the restaurant - all provided excellent service! The best hotel gym as well! Food is great as well!

Very nice property, clean, gorgeous views

We were asked to move rooms after the first night due to a leak in the room directly above us and told that they were going to upgrade us to a premium room due to the inconvenience and were offered assistance in moving which we declined as we were understanding about the issue and perfectly fine moving our own belongings. Staff did offer a comped drink at the bar. The room we were moved to was the exact same room we had just on a different floor, so no upgrade at all.
