Check-in went very smooth and was very quick. Clerk was friendly and helpful! Room was very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Staff in the breakfast area was very helpful and attentive!

The one way road around the building was super inconvient. Also did not enjoy having to pay for parking at the hotel.

The A/C wasn't as strong as we would have liked, but we like a REALLY cold hotel room and it was also a pretty warm weekend. Wasn't unbearable by any means, but would have preferred 3-5 degrees colder.

Some of the staff were very professional and nice. Nearby architecture was gorgeous.
Negatives:
After extra fees for parking (why?) and a dog (highest pet fee I've ever paid at a hotel) and taxes, I paid almost $200 for one night in a room that literally looked like it was about to cave in from all of the cracks in the walls and had a view of a metal wall, rocks, and pieces of garbage. The front desk person was great, but the housekeeping staff was literally waiting outside of my room for me to leave in the morning 45 minutes before the checkout time. I asked them not to go in as I still had stuff in the room, and they tried to go in anyway. I've never left an angry review for a hotel before, but this felt like the worst value for my money that I've ever encountered.

Easy location to leave but nothing to walk safely to. Room was quiet. Bed comfy. We were comped 1 day because of poor service, but would rather have had the housekeeping service we paid for. Great view of cathedral from 6th fl room.
Negatives:
No housekeeping services 1st 2 days despite complaint after day 1. Poor water pressure on 6th fl. Breakfast offers few options for healthy eating such as low carb/sugar, high fiber/nutrients. Hotel is way behind on sustainability practices: Single-use, non-recyclable/compostable food wares, individual plastic bottles of toiletries where many hotels are now offering large pump bottles.
