Bathroom did not have a shower curtain. We had to mop up the bathroom floor. I asked for more coffee pods and was not provided. I called the front desk around 3 pm and was told that coffee pods will be sent to my room but was not done. I had to pick them.

Didn't have a gift shop for personal hygiene products, but they where willing to supply us with anything that they had around.

Clean, great location, staff very professional, and of course Hotel employee!! She helped with the continental breakfast. She was so kind, funny, and seemed like she loved her job!!

The location was convenient for me.
Negatives:
It was too hot in the room, and I couldn't turn the heat down.
Positives:
The staff was wonderful. Being there on Christmas presented challenges. The evening desk woman was very accommodating and kind. The morning breakfast person was very friendly. As was the morning desk clerk.
Negatives:
We wished the restaurant had been open.
